Here was my office before:
It's amazing what a coat of paint can do. We painted the walls, the desk, the two bookcases and I even spray painted the little knobs on the daybed. I found some black & white storage baskets from Tuesday Morning, that amazing pillow from Marshalls and the graphic print rug from Pier 1. All for a steal. I framed photos I already had from my own personal collection or found in magazines or online in white & silver frames. Even Kitty Lynn seemed to like the vibe in the new office. I am still one the lookout for some black and white curtains but I think overall my office is pretty much complete.
So the only thing missing besides some curtains is a sign on the door.
Hey maybe I could redesign that graphic print rug into an official office sign. Here is my design and here is my design hanging from my brand new dream office door!
Like the sign says: Redesign That is always open. Feel free to come back and visit anytime!

I love, love, love how you transformed the room into a dream office. It's so beautiful and I'm dying over all the details.
I am loving your office boo! Can't wait to see it in person hopefully sometime this fall. And I love the sign too! perfection.

So cute! Nice work! Hope NC is treating you well so far.
Wow what a beautiful office! I want it! lol
There are some wonderful rub on designs that you can order online. I would look for a black one that you can use to go behind the picture wall in the mode of the tree design that your conept picture had. There are also some wonderful sayings. Julie incorporated "the best things in life aren't things" into a picture wall in her media room.
